ARTIGIANALE
Arsan Unfiltered and unpasteurized blonde beer inspired by Bavarian Kellerbier (Zwickelbier).
With an opaque straw yellow colour, it is delicately cloudy in its presentaon and has a vigorous and
compact foam slightly similar to that of a weizen. On the nose a delicate hint of citrus fruits, cedar wood,
apple and the sweetness of malt.
Keller Bier is a classic of brewing art: it is a raw, natural and unfiltered specialty, very rich in vitamins
(especially B12), proteins and yeast.
Once upon a me this beer was the exclusive prerogave of master brewers who had the privilege of
taking the first sip from sll intact barrels as soon as fermentaon was finished.

Si definisce birra argianale la birra prodoa da piccoli birrifici indipenden e non
sooposta, durante la fase di produzione, a processi di pastorizzazione e microfiltrazio-
ne. Ai fini del presente comma si intende per piccolo birrificio indipendente un birrificio
che sia legalmente ed economicamente indipendente da qualsiasi altro birrificio, che
ulizzi impian fisicamente disn da quelli di qualsiasi altro birrificio, che non operi
soo licenza e la cui produzione annua non superi i 200 mila eolitri.

Cra beer is defined as beer produced by small independent breweries and not
subjected, during the producon phase, to pasteurizaon and microfiltraon processes.
For the purposes of this paragraph, a small independent brewery means a brewery that
is legally and economically independent from any other brewery, which uses facilies
physically disnct from those of any other brewery, which does not operate under license
and whose annual producon does not exceed 200 thousand hectoliters.
