The Birra Palermo project was born in 2012 to dedicate to our city a product of great quality
and drinkability, inspired by the tradional city consumpon of so lager beers with balanced
hops.
An ambious project that we have prepared over a long journey, traveling in Italy and Europe,
during which we have built our experience as master brewers.
We have created a arsan beer, a unique beer, capable of expressing the warmth, creavity,
brightness and complexity of our city, making use of the best raw materials.
With the desire to create a product with an internaonal scope strongly anch ored in Sicily, and
through the very high quality target expressed by SICILIAN GRAINS, we wanted to open
ourselves to the future while respecng the history of the city of Palermo: a thousand-year-old
port of call for peoples and peoples.

Our arsan beer, Special Export Lager, is a pale lager, unfiltered and unpasteurized,
resulng from a selecon of the best raw materials which give our beer an unmistakable
malt note.
We have calibrated the right degree of hopping to the soness of a lager, thus giving the
final product a rare balance of body, freshness, bierness and aroma.

Si definisce birra argianale la birra prodoa da piccoli birrifici indipenden e non
sooposta, durante la fase di produzione, a processi di pastorizzazione e microfiltrazio-
ne. Ai fini del presente comma si intende per piccolo birrificio indipendente un birrificio
che sia legalmente ed economicamente indipendente da qualsiasi altro birrificio, che
ulizzi impian fisicamente disn da quelli di qualsiasi altro birrificio, che non operi
soo licenza e la cui produzione annua non superi i 200 mila eolitri.

ARTIGIANALE
Arsan Unfiltered and unpasteurized blonde beer inspired by Bavarian Kellerbier (Zwickelbier).
With an opaque straw yellow colour, it is delicately cloudy in its presentaon and has a vigorous and
compact foam slightly similar to that of a weizen. On the nose a delicate hint of citrus fruits, cedar wood,
apple and the sweetness of malt.
Keller Bier is a classic of brewing art: it is a raw, natural and unfiltered specialty, very rich in vitamins
(especially B12), proteins and yeast.
Once upon a me this beer was the exclusive prerogave of master brewers who had the privilege of
taking the first sip from sll intact barrels as soon as fermentaon was finished.

Delicately fruity aroma with hints of honey supported by a shy "breath"
of spicy hops.
Round and velvety flavor with a long and harmonious finish.
